Confession, I eat Greek yogurt with a banana just about every night for dinner. It's light, fast, non-fat and low on sugar, buuut not too full of vitamins. Do you ever notice that you're eating good food but not balancing it right? I had been getting about nine hours of sleep every night and still felt sluggish so I decided to reform my diet.
