Can we all please take a moment to soak in how adorable these are?! When I first saw these Chocolate Cheesecake Eggs with Passion Fruit Sauce on Raspberri Cupcakes I thought no way am I going to have time to make something this adorable. But it turns out you can buy the chocolate shells pre-made and this instantly becomes an easy no-bake dessert. To save time I would even substitute jam in stead of the sauce. Cute and simple, right? Check out their tutorial, so easy to follow.
Darlings I am going to be having a busy (but fun)weekend. My parents are staying with me tonight and we're going out for drinks with Mac then making dinner at my little casa. Saturday is egg dying with my niece, I'm going to try some of the techniques I posted on Wednesday. Then Sunday is full of love, family, and friends as we all get together to celebrate. Have a wonderful weekend and happy Easter, I hope you get lots of treats in your baskets!
Hope you had a wonderful Easter! x

ReplyDeleteOMG those are cute and look really delish!
ReplyDeleteI am recently obsessed with Passion Fruit - there's this Colorado based yogurt company (Noosa) that has a passion fruit flavor. It's so good. I will have to check out the eggs with passion fruit sauce...even thought Easter is over :)
