What Is Your Favorite "Irish" Dessert?

Do you have a favorite "Irish" dessert?  With St. Patrick's day around the corner I've been looking for inspiration for a dessert to make this weekend. The problem is I have found too many delicious looking treats and now I want to make them all.  Help!  What to do, what to do.  Too many treats so little time.  Here are a few of the mouth watering dessert ideas I've come across:

My original plan was to do something with Baileys but I do have a soft spot for banoffee pie and sticky toffee putting.  What looks good to you?
