Summer Weekends

I am loving these summer weekends!  Reading in bed with my favorite baking books, relaxing at home with tea, fresh farmer's market produce and of course lots of time in the sun.  The last two weekends I've gotten to catch up with some long lost friends which for me is always a reason to bake something.  With so many summer fruits in season how can you not?
