I am way too excited about this cocktail. Bourbon, apple cider, and autumn joy...this baby has my name all over! We made something similar to this last year after getting cider from a local apple orchard. It was delicious but needed a little something extra, turns out it was lemon zest and bitters. This looks like the perfect September cocktail!
P.S. I would personally go without the agave this recipe asks for. I love the sweetness of the apple cider alone.
Yup, this looks like just what we need today! I'm also crazy about Brown Derby cocktails lately, which are so perfect for fall!
